The Haynes Smith Miss Caribbean Talented Teen Pageant Committee would like to express its sincere gratitude once again to you, as the success of this pageant over the past years has been due largely to your country's overwhelming participation. We also take this opportunity to welcome the new countries to this prestigious pageant that presents a unique opportunity to showcase and celebrate talent, education, and culture.
It is in this context that we are delighted to extend an invitation to your country to participate in the 28th Annual Haynes Smith Miss Caribbean Talented Teen Pageant.
We expect this year's pageant, like those before it, to be full of the colour, splendour and grandeur that have come to be synonymous with the event.
We promise your representative/chaperone the same superb accommodation, hospitality and experience that our hosting have gained worldwide acclaim for.
The pageant this year is scheduled for Saturday, December 29th, 2007, at Carnival Village, Basseterre, St. Kitts at 8pm and forms part of the St. Kitts National Carnival Celebrations. Participants are expected to arrive in St. Kitts on Thursday, December 27th, 2007, no later than 3pm, and will be accommodated at the Royal St. Kitts Hotel in Frigate Bay. This is to ensure the timely running of our planned programme. Franchise Holders are also requested to make travel arrangements for contestant as well as chaperone soonest, based on this schedule. That is, Franchise Holders must secure their air tickets from local sponsors. Please see Rules and Regulations for further instructions.

The previous sheet gives precise information concerning the pageant and the appearances in particular. Kindly note that three (3) 3" X 5" promotion photos of the contestant, accompanied by the completed application and talent information forms must be submitted to us at email:caribbeantalentedteen@yahoo.com and to our post mail address no later than 15th October, 2007, in order to confirm your participation. As such, please be guided accordingly. Because of the high demand of registration for this pageant, we are only catering for approximately twelve (12) contestants (countries). Please note that late registration will not be accepted, unless there are special circumstances.
It is very important for you to book your flight now and buy your tickets as soon as possible, in order to secure the best prices, and communicate the details of your travel itinerary to us.
