12:30 pm - 1:00 pm - Orientation with Committee Members
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Lunch at the Hotel
4:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Press Conference at Hotel
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm - Rehearsal with Choreographer
8:00 pm - 10:30 pm - Welcome Reception
Monday 28th December, 2009
6:00 am - Wake Up Call
7:00 am - 8:00 am - Breakfast
8:30 am - 12:00 pm - Rehearsals at Hotel
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Luncheon on Cruise Ship
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm - Live Interview with Contestans at WINN FM Radio Station
5:00pm - 6:30 pm - Rehearsals at Hotel
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm - Dinner at Sweet Lime Restaurant (Port Zante)
Tuesday 29th December, 2009
6:00 am Wake Up Call
8:00 am - 8:45 am - Breakfast
9:00 am - 12:00 pm - Rehearsals at Carnival Village
12:30pm - 2:00pm - Lunch at Sam Condor's Rseidence (Media Coverage)
2:00 pm - 2:30pm - Contestants will be at the Nationa; Aids Secretariat Booth on Fort Street (Media Coverage with ZIZ Radio and TV)
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm Walk on Fort Street to Digicell Office/ Outlet, the Main Sponsor for the Pageant (Media Coverage with ZIZ
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm Shopping (optional) at Port Zante
5:30 pm Finger Food/Snacks at Hotel and at Carnival City
7:00 pm Arrival at Carnival City
8:00 pm SHOWTIME
After the Show, Contestants, Chaperones and Committee Members are invited to a
Farewell Party.
