From its inception until 1983 the pageant was organized by a steering committee of six (6) to eight (8) members equally chosen from two groups with the chairmanship coming from each group yearly i.e. Harmonites and the Haynes Smith Youth Club. The first being James Hanley of the former, followed by Walter Nias, Emile Greene and Donly Greaux, .up until 1988.

Mr. Antonio Maynard took over the Chairmanship in 1989, and remains the Chairman and Executive producer of the pageant at this present time. As of 1984 non-members of the clubs have been drawn from the wider community to sit on the committee. Lately, most of these members are now paid a stipend for their contribution.
The delegation of responsibilities, dedication, commitment and teamwork are the elements that have seen the hosting of the Miss Caribbean Talented Teen Pageant a success over the years. It would be interesting to take a look now at the present committee members and their portfolios so as to understand the integral areas that need to be covered in putting on a show of this nature.
