8:00 am - 3:00 pm Arrival of Contestants - VIP Lounge
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm Orientation with Committee Members
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Lunch at the Hotel
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm Press Conference at Hotel
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm Rehearsal with Choreographer
7:30 pm - 10:30 pm Welcome Reception at St. Kitts Marriott Hotel
Wednesday 29th December, 2010
6:00 am - Wake Up Call
7:00 am - 8:00 am Breakfast
8:30 am - 12:00 pm Rehearsals at Hotel
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Luncheon at Circus Grill or Cruise Ship
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm Walk on Fort Street to Digicel Office/Outlet, the Main
Sponsor for the Pageant (Media Coverage with ZIZ)and Shopping at Port Zante
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm Rehearsals at Hotel
7:30 pm - 9:30 pm Prime Minister’s Dinner
10:00 pm - 11:00 pm Social Experience at a Restaurant
Thursday 30th December, 2010
6:00 am Wake Up Call
7:00 am - 8:00 am Breakfast
9:00 am - 12:00 pm Rehearsals at Carnival Village
12:30 pm - 2:00 pm Lunch at Sam Condor’s Residence (Media Coverage)
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm Live Interview with Contestants
5:30 pm Finger Food/Snacks at Hotel and at Carnival City
7:00 pm Arrival at Carnival City
8:00 pm SHOWTIME
After the Show, Contestants, Chaperones and Committee Members are invited to a
Farewell Party at Fusion Night Club.
